Why do you need 1TB of space, just don’t keep so many games installed. If you actually filled that 1TB with games you would also be having to update them all constantly.

For the extra internal storage alone I’d say yes, and it comes with more than just that.

It’s INCREDIBLY important to note that while the etched glass does help with playing in brighter rooms or outdoors it absolutely does take away from the vibrancy of the oled display, dave2d spoke on this in oled steam deck video and I’ve seen it on more matte oled displays, oled screens are best when paired with a glossy glass or plastic

No because glossy is miles better than the ugly matte etched glass.

1 TB of good quality storage usually runs $100 so that plus all the extra stuff makes it really worth it.

If you got the money then why not i got a 500gb SD, Rog ally, 2 switches and about to get the oled SD 1Tb. I know i aint the only way doing the same here

The extra 100 is more or less what it would cost you to buy a 1 tb drive and swap it yourself so it’s actually quite a good deal if you want the storage.

I’m a bit annoyed, I got the 64gb model a month ago because there’s wasn’t any 1TB model so I got the cheapest one and did the swap. Today I’d get the most expensive one, with an OLED screen to boot. I guess that was the main reason for the sale they had some weeks ago…
