If it’s a new tire it should be warrantied. Had 4 new pirelli run flats put on less than a thousand miles and smoked a pothole on the highway and did the same thing in the photo. Brought to dealership no cost

Looks like you shouldn’t be driving on low profile tires. Buy a car with smaller wheels and fatter tires.
