I understand it is a database of some sort.

can it be used as BOTH

a universal database to research “whatever you might come across” in the store

and also for a Personal database of “what i already own”?

If possible, i would like to scan through a pile of CD’s in the store and immediately discover if they are rated highly and/or if i already own them.
