I was a PS5 hardware support specialist(until I left Sutherland (the contractor for Playstation’s call center) because of the insane abuse from customers and a lack of a leadership team) and a good 95% of our consoles that overheated, came from it being vertical with no other reasoning present.

The OG ps4 was a GORGEOUS design. And then we got this shit.

I would love for gear that’s meant to hook-up to your television be available in 19” rackmount versions.
