Wins and losses aside, I think we’re pretty fortunate to have him as our coach. His passion is transparent and his charisma and adaptability have really benefited our organization. It was transparent when Kirk got hurt and how much the rest of the team showed their love for him, and palpable when Dobbs came in and had the game of his career. The people behind the scenes make the culture, and I think KOC has really nailed it. The players seem to genuinely care and appreciate being being part of the team, which I believe ultimately reflects on the coaches around them.
