I have a domain name through porkbun, and a gmail account that I’ve added my domain name to (I can see it in Account -> Domains -> Manage Domains), but I don’t have a website or host yet because I can’t decide what/who I want to go with; I’m being very picky. Anyway, I tried to send a test email to the email I set up @mydomainname.com and it’s not coming through.

Am I supposed to indicate my gmail address anywhere in my porkbun settings or my web hosting settings (which I don’t have yet)? Is that why I can’t receive the email?
