Going into last night’s game I figured we would either get a 49ers team pissed off about a loss to the Browns, or a 49ers team that just isn’t playing good football right now. And it felt like we got the latter. That just didn’t look like the same 49ers team that was destroying teams the first month of the season.
It was the Vikings’ best performance by far, but there’s plenty of room to improve. The challenge now is building on it and not reverting back to the team that struggled to beat Chicago.
If we continue to play at this level it’s definitely awesome.
If we don’t, it’s a classic Vikings situation where we best a team we shouldn’t, end up completely middle of the pack and more of the same.
