He was visibly frustrated today, the Clippers got spanked by the last-place Grizzles… Harden looking like an absolute pylon on defense, the team looks disjointed and although they have an entire season to build chemistry, the team doesn’t look at all like a contender right now, not even close!
Imagine the legacy he could have had in Toronto…ugh…
Why do team still have faith in harden? I just don’t understand.
I think his goal was just to move home. It wasn’t purely a basketball decision
Raptors got the best year of kawhi of his career and that’s all that matters. 😎💎
I have a difficult time believing that Kawhi NEVER thinks about what could have been…you can’t be that competitive of a person and not think about possibly winning multiple titles…No one is questioning his love for the city of LA but he took his time making that decision for a reason and he did consider staying…yes, he was always leaning toward LA, and I think that he figured he could go build a super team in LA and create his own Golden State situation, but it didn’t work out that way and although hindsight is 20/20, there’s no way he doesn’t look back and think “I had it pretty good, what if I would have stayed?”
There’s a good chance he never wins another title, at least not if he stays with the Clippers…PG is still a very good player but he’s not the player he was in his prime, Harden is clearly on the decline, Russ is a shell of the player he once was…and they traded away most of their depth to get Harden…I can’t see this team staying together past 2024, it’s such a weird mash of over-the-hill stars and they don’t have any means to go out and add anyone else without trading PG and or Harden
Who knows, Maybe Masai will swing another crazy trade and bring him back…lol only joking but that would be pretty sick!
