Love seeing Wiggins struggle. He was the most overrated player player in the league after he was carried to a title. And everyone blamed us for his lack of motivation. Aside from Ben Simmons he’s the epitome of played for a paycheck and then coast.
He absolutely was not carried to a title, he was really good during that postseason. We can agree that he’s not been that for the majority of his career but that doesn’t take away that he was their second best player during that title run.
Okay carried might be a bit harsh, but his performance was a direct result of not having to do as much. He was mostly a more efficient and consistent player for them, still not any better than he was for us. That’s my point in regards to people saying we suppressed him.

Why all the hate on people who were negative about this team in the past. It was the nba’s worst team ever, by record. Without KG, there was nothing to celebrate.
We may now have a spectacular team that could win multiple rings. Let’s celebrate that, look forward to a future that looks amazing and joyful. Let’s also give everyone who was sour about this team a pass.
