X11 displaying black screen and jumbled information on Nvidia

Hello again, I was trying to go into X11 to test the rubberbanding I was talking about here before (as it shouldn’t happen in X11), and my X11 session is a mess, please see attached video (sorry about the quality, can’t do a screengrab without seeing much.

Basically I can open programs (like Konsole with CTRL ALT T) and KDE’s task drawer, but the windows are either jumbled information or appear completely black, resizing the windows shows the content for a split second and then it goes black again, tried to run nvidia-xconfig but to no avail, searched the internet and most of the answers are for multi GPU (integrated + dedicated) setups, which I don’t have (currently running my 2080S on 545), I’m on Arch.

Any ideas?
