He is going to be very good he’s too passionate to not be, but right not he is not productive to what the team is doing. Let him learn how to be an offensive weapon slowly.

People forget that ecen though he is very athletic isn’t good at any one skill. He can be a liability of defense at times but that is only because of youth and inexperience, Duren is saved by his size.

Ivey is very young, he will be a star on this team, but you just have to be patient and let him develop properly.

Did people not watch him last season? If we can be patient with Killian and Beef Stew, Ivey has flashed way more than both of them in his rookie season, so we should definitely be patient as he settles into a new role.

Being passionate about basketball does not make you a good player if that were the case, there would be a lot more All-Star level talent in the league

Jaden Ivy is not that good of a player, I was saying it since summer league of last season and I continue to stand on that . Sure he’s fast and athletic-but this isn’t fucking football…. He does not have the touch or the IQ to be a great offensive player, and those are not things that can be significantly developed once you are in the NBA. don’t get me started on defense.

Ivey has tons of talent, just needs to slow down. He seems too in his head at the moment. Every play it’s like he’s trying to prove something, but he’d be better off letting the game come to him.
