zach actually showed the off angle playmaking ability he was drafted for last night. i think it’s the first time i’ve seen it on a “consistent” basis in a game

and he still sucked. i can see him getting better but it’s at an absolutely glacial pace. he’s never going to catch up.

    i can’t believe i’m watching him start another year… :(

also can’t believe i still have to read comments about how zach should sling it or rip it or whatever the fuck lol

Here’s a new thought: The offense isn’t great and Zach is statically one of the worst QBs in the past 10 years. Both can be true. He tosses the ball away in critical possessions just like Denver and the Giants but he get gets a pass (no pun intended) because he connects to wide open receivers when the defense goes full prevent. And you wonder why the play calling is conservative.

Edit: But the All 22 showed he went through one progression read for one play. Not like he telegraphed where he was throwing every other one.

Zach Wilson is awful and it’s bullshit that we have to continue to watch this epic draft bust QB our team.

That said, even Zach isn’t bad enough on his own to propel this offense to the record-setting levels of ineptitude it has reached.

Shoutout to Alan Lazard and Randall Cobb, who were terrible last year in GB, and continue to hurt the team with their presence and penalties in New York this year.

Shoutout to the TE Room which could be replaced with warm bodies off of practice squads and hurt the team less than what CJ Uzomah, Conklin and Ruckert have “produced”

Shoutout to Nathanial Hackett who is living up to his billing as just a terrible coach, beyond the statistical ineptitude of this offense he called a play yesterday that involved Garrett Wilson throwing a pass to Alan Lazard 1 series after Garret Wilson had to get sideline treatment for injuring the elbow on his throwing arm.

    Just End The Season.

I woke up so happy today… then remembered our miserable loss to essentially take us out of the playoff picture

Gonna watch the All-22 again but I have a feeling that I’m gonna be more disappointed with Hackett than anybody else

I think I’ve bit my limit guys. This is the same shit every week, our offense is terrible, blame whoever you want on the offense, but they’re terrible. I’m not wasting my energy on this anymore, it’s been 13 YEARS

Real talk. If Rodgers was not on this team right now, would you not being calling for the immediate firing of Saleh?

We lost to a team that benched their highly paid QB that got to a SB for a third round draft pick that threw one good pass. A team that got rid of a HC and GM for an ex player that barely has any managerial experience.

It’s mind boggling that the Jets are the only organization too afraid to make changes to see what will happen. The window is being closed and a good team once again is being wasted for a 2nd year in a row. And they want us to pay 20% more immediately for next seasons tickets with no guarantees for what changes will be made.

It’s sad that the zach defense force new argument is “well he’s not the biggest problem!” As if fixing the most crucial player on the team won’t make that much of a difference

Breece Hall averaging 2.2 ypc is why our offense struggled last night. Even Cook was able to get yards behind our line.

Breece has looked bad the last couple games and it leads to Hackett leaning heavily on Zach.
