It’s pretty safe to say our pass defense is our biggest challenge. Second being controlling run threat QB’s.

But for guys like me who don’t know X and O’s stuff, why is that? Is it a lack of talent in the secondary? Is it scheme? Is it all the above?

Do you think have an opportunity to get it under control before playoffs? I’m hoping the people in the know can use this as a place to help educate us. No need for hyperbole or semantics here.

    Combo of bad players and scheme. Watching the game Allen had most of his receiving yards on plays that put him against a linebacker or safety. This combined with an anemic pass rush is a bad combo.

    Absolutely need to improve pass rush to have a chance to go to super bowl (yup, super bowl).

    If they can get to the quarterback then I think our secondary is good enough, especially if Ceedy Deuce comes back in December.

    The only problem is, I have no idea how they improve pass rush with who is on the roster.
