Far from wrapped up. If we beat the saints I’ll breathe easier but this team is definatley trending in the wrong direction as of late.

Rodrigo can move back to linebacker if needed. Defense can’t get much worse than it has been this year already.
I think the bears probablh win this game. Dobbs looked great game 1 I think since nobody was prepared to face him. His second game starting he looked decent but not like the next starter for Minnesota. I think game 3 against the bears they’ll have tape on him playing for Minnesota and be prepared and make him look like the journeyman his is.
I dislike Glenn’s defense as much as the next guy but to put todays loss on him is delusional. Our offense and turnovers are 100% responsible for todays outcome.
The forgoing field goals aren’t necessarily dans first instinct. Brad Holmes has not drafted or signed a kicker who can be consistently relied upon so it kinda forces us to be aggressive from that range.
Combo of bad players and scheme. Watching the game Allen had most of his receiving yards on plays that put him against a linebacker or safety. This combined with an anemic pass rush is a bad combo.
Bro it’s the draft. It’s very rare to find first year starter talent in the 3rd round even less likely we find starters with the picks we traded to move up. I’d give the kid at least until the start of next season before we call it a bad pick. Even then you’ll have that since drafting is an inexact science. These GMs and scouts have no idea how people will respond when football is there life 100% or the time. Will they act like they did in college and give 25% of there effort to the sport? Or will they devote every minute or the day and be obsessed with football? It’s impossible to tell and that’s usually what separates great from mediocre.
Sure seems that way.
