I just bought some like-new vans for super cheap and I love them but they’re a few sizes too big. I thought it wouldn’t be too noticeable but they look big on me, and since I have narrow feet I tie the laces super tight and then the shoes look extra abnormally long on me. I know it’s possible to like shrink the length of crocs and rubber shoes in boiling water…would that work or is there any other way to shrink the soles of the vans to make the length shorter? Btw the fabric material is just the basic canvas material and they’re the authentic low top shoes.

Stuff it with multiple insoles…put socks in the shoe…resell it and buy something your size. I can’t even make 1 size bigger work…

I’d try several of these. Wash in hot water and then dry. Also socks and inserts.
