He plays like a 10 year vet not a rookie. Every thing he does is under control and he almost never makes mistakes.
I think the big area for improvement moving forward is his 3 point shooting. He’s been willing to take them but isn’t very accurate yet, if he can improve he will have a very good career.
What’s crazy is I don’t think anyone really doubted him. Tons of fans from the college base and most of us who just caught a glimpse before the draft saw his potential. I think casual types are surprise by his athleticism but even then I don’t think they’re shocked he’s playing so well. Great to see him tap his athleticism for the nba. Poeltl in Toronto looks like he needs to do the same to stay in a competitive rotation.
