The NFL meta is attacking linebackers. Specifically, either over them or at them with WR’s.

We saw this even in the Chicago game where Eric Kendricks was attacked by DJ Moore going at him, catching the ball, and accelerating past him.

Vs the Lions, they attacked him with Amon-Ra and Kalif.

I’m not sure if Kendricks at his prime could run with those wide receivers. He certainly can’t now.
