Turner is by far a better Coach than the three guys who came after him. I consider him to be a contemporary tier 2/tier 3 coach. A Harbaugh that never got his magical run.

Staley isn’t ready to be an NFL HC. He’s the second worse HC the AFC and the gap between him and 3rd worst is larger than most fans realize.

He would do better in the NFC vs weaker QB play getting experience as a DC or positional coach.

The Chargers must sweep both of their division Rivals to make the playoffs and they haven’t swept one of them in years

They will not make the playoffs.
