Depends on if Bryce is a bust or not. Not saying he will be, but if he is then this franchise will be irrelevant for the better part of a decade no matter what we do.
Nah dude, we can completely cut ties after two years and we have all our draft picks back. If BY is a total bust, we can try again in 2025-26 for a QB. Wont take the better part of a decade. We need a great GM more than anything. Niners completely blew their #3 overall pick and they are a perennial contender.

I’ll agree Fitter needs to go, but I’ll give Reich 3 years minimum to show us something with Bryce before i reach the point of wanting him fire.
I know the division is weak and ready for the taking but if we play our cards right, we will lead this division in the next 2-3 years but that’s down to properly developing Bryce and build the team. This whole cycle of firing and hiring isn’t going to work look at what’s happening to the broncos.
