Don’t give up hope on Murphy? Why? I’m sorry, but getting manhandled by backups in the preseason means hope was nil to begin with.

Ossai showed monster potential vs. Tampa, in his preseason game,…tore up his knee, but still. Murphy showed nothing. I’m sorry, but as far as I’m concerned, he may as well be a bust. First round draft picks shouldn’t be getting worked like he does. I know he had a sack vs. Tennessee…but thats 6 weeks ago. He’s done shit else since.

Murphy looks good in some of those clips. According to the article, he is improving. He has had limited snaps, and is learning in those limited snaps. The true test coming up in 3 days when he’s probably going to start, or get a majority of snaps.

I’m not giving up on him, I never liked the pick and hoped he would prove me wrong, that just hasn’t happens yet.
