I agree with you w/Wallace over Dort for sure.

However I’m hoping it’s Dieng instead of Wallace, simply cause of Dieng’s height. However, I’m not at ALL complaining, and very happy with our youth! :)

Right now Giddey is overvalued by the Thunder fandom. He is more of an off the bench quality player. He has great vision and passes but his handle is not all that great for a guard. He’s also not that great of a 3 point shooter.

He’s more of a 7th or 8th man right now in my opinion.

I dont think you want him as a future starter unless he’s incredibly good. You want someone bigger on the floor who’s a lot more physical, ideally a stretch who can finish inside - grab boards, etc. This lineup would become too small facing teams in the east imo.

Once Wallace defence is as good as Dort, Dort is in trouble

theres a big difference between being very good at defense, and being arguably the best guard defender in the league. We should be rooting for Dort’s offense to look better this year, not for his spot to get taken
