Oh, great I was just gonna buy an Apple Watch ultra for the battery. Should I try to make sure to get one that hasn’t been updated? I think honestly it’s impossible, because during setup you are usually forced to upgrade to the newest version.

I was at around 40% at night, and I tapped the update button. I was too lazy to go all the way to the charger and stay up to update, so I thought F it, I’ll do it tomorrow.

Turns out, the watch updated itself at night, at 40%, without being connected. I found it hella weird when I woke up to an almost discharged (3%) but updated watch.

And the battery life has been shit ever since.

Is your iPhone running 17.0.x? If so, update to 17.1, that might just fix it

No issues on my end. Sitting at 40 percent, took off the charger yesterday around this time.

Took AW6 (10.1) off charger at 5am. It’s dead at 4pm and I’ve done nothing strenuous today. This is outrageous 😡

I have 70% charge after almost 20 hrs of use. I guess I’m an outlier.
