Over their last four games the Broncos have held the Packers to 17, Chiefs to 19 and 9 points (2 games), and the Bills to 22. They’re 3-1 and have turned their season around.

Factor in the Vikings moving from Cousins (immobile) to Dobbs (mobile), and the remaining schedule is looking a little more formidable than it did a few weeks ago.

Man did you watch the game last night. Don’t tel yourself they’re now randomly “better” now because they held the bills to “22” points. The bills turned the ball over 4 times maybe 5 with the James cook fumble and catch….

But agree with everyone else no game is a gimme but that game was an embarrassment, super sloppy from both teams.

    These last 8 games…

    Best case scenario 8-0

    Worst case scenario 6-2

Not a single game in this league is a gimme.

I agree but I feel that is the case for most games. The NFL is littered with average teams that can turn up any Sunday.

The Broncos ARE better than their record suggests (slightly) and better than the team that had 70 dropped on them. The Bills fought like losing was the real winning. They did every single thing possible to lose and Josh Allen is naturally prone to turnovers.

We shouldn’t take Denver lightly, or any other team, but Buffalo lost that game the best they could.

If you play bad football and turn the ball over 3 times you’re likely going to lose. That’s the NFL every week, regardless of who you play.

Getting 4 turnovers and only winning by 2 is kinda pathetic

I think the more relevant takeaway is this: any team can lose to any team, so none of our upcoming “easy” games are gimmes

Russ refuses to throw the ball downfield. I just don’t think you can win many games that way unless you get gifted 4 turnovers and a last second penalty.

This is exactly why the schedule is back loaded with divisional games. It gives the teams a chance to make it a more competitive game which is better for the NFL betting partners.

The Lions need to play better teams so the team improves. The Seattle, Baltimore, and LA Chargers game showed us our defense needs a lot of improvement before the playoffs for the team to win in the playoffs. I think playing good teams makes the team better.

I don’t want the Lions to just make the playoffs. I want them to win in the playoffs and you aren’t doing that by beating up bad teams.
