    It HAS to be someone with an offensive background. With this talent, we need a superstar, and if we hire that person as an Oc, they will just get poached (see daboll, Mike McDaniel etc)

    Ben Johnson or Jim Harbaugh. For some reason the duo of Josh Allen and Harbaugh would be electric. And he’s an offensive minded coach who lives and breathes football.

    These are the only two candidates I want. Bieniemy sounds like a coach that the locker room hates and I agree we need some more hands on approach, I think Bieniemy isn’t the guy. Chiefs and Commanders players all seem to have issues with him.
