Josh’s salary counts against the cap and they bet on him big time, the other 2 don’t. If push truly came to shove, Josh being traded or cut would cripple the team for years. That circumstances alone gives him a ton of “power”.

After that I would say Beane. He holds the personnel decisions etc and can easily say McD isn’t doing his job with the talent collected.

It HAS to be someone with an offensive background. With this talent, we need a superstar, and if we hire that person as an Oc, they will just get poached (see daboll, Mike McDaniel etc)
