Basically what the title says. Just because they lost 1 best of 5 all year does not take away from how extremely good they are. Not to mention they lost the only tournament they played that isn’t double elim. Who knows what would happen if it was so I won’t go there.

This isn’t like g2 either where they got stomped. JDG was moments away from winning game 3 and a kanavi int or two away from winning game 4. I don’t mean to make excuses. I mean that they were just definitely not outclassed and if you play that series out 10 times, they win some of those. We haven’t seen a team he so dominant for so long, and do it in the fashion and dominance they did.

Ruler has been the best performing player in the world this year and this lose doesn’t negate the rest of the year. Jdg has been the best performing team the whole year and this lose doesn’t negate the rest of the year either.

Bro really said recency bias while committing the same himself when discussing the best team “ever”

But of course, LoL history began in 2018 when our lord and savior Theshy said, Let There be LPL Dominance and saw it was good.

FPX vs G2 was closer than the score suggests

Assuming the same roster of players:

    1. T1 2015

    2. JDG 2023

    3. G2 2019/2020

    4. RNG 2018

    5. DWG 2020
