If the Ravens win, we’ll have a lower chance of facing the Bengals in the playoffs, which we all know they’ve had our number. On the other hand, if the Bengals win, we’ll strengthen our position in the AFC race for the number one seed. Now, the big question is, do we actually want to win on Thursday?

Usually I’d want the team w the better record to lose, but here, I’ll say I want the ravens to win. If the bengals lose, the result of our head to head with them will matter less. We don’t have a head to head w the ravens, and so far we have multiple tie breakers against them.

I know that right now the bengals technically aren’t in the playoff picture, but we are what, two games out from falling out? And they’re one or two games out from being in? So everything is so close that any of the people with their same record could be competing for the one seed come actual playoff time. So I want anyone we have head to heads with to lose all their games so that it can’t possibly come down to a head to head tiebreaker

That being said, there’s also perks to the ravens losing so I really don’t care too much. I’ll find a benefit either way. Kinda like the game last night
