Sports books typically give the home team a 3 point spot when determining the line.
Does this apply to this week’s Giant’s home game against the Jets? Same building, same locker room… but the crowd will be leaning Giants, and maybe some other factors that I’m overlooking.
Will home team advantage have any affect on betting this week?

    I don’t think the crowd will be “leaning Giants.” It’s a Giants home game, and their fans would be very happy to stop this mini streak the Jets are on. They got off to a terrible start but they have played better the last two weeks. This game is huge for them, it’s the difference between 2-6 and 3-5.

    I think you’ll see an overwhelming Giants crowd at the start. Hopefully the Jets will take a big lead, then the Giants fans will leave early, and waves of green will take over the stadium!
