Orisa can fortify, zarya can bubble, sigma has shield and damage absorption, rein has shield, dva has matrix, ball just has a shit ton of health, ram has shield, winston has bubble. The only other tanks that dont have a way to block it are Hog (can heal himself) and JQ (shouting ability gives health and speed to escape)
