Orisa can fortify, zarya can bubble, sigma has shield and damage absorption, rein has shield, dva has matrix, ball just has a shit ton of health, ram has shield, winston has bubble. The only other tanks that dont have a way to block it are Hog (can heal himself) and JQ (shouting ability gives health and speed to escape)

The issue is that Horse does have full immunity, not that other tanks dont.
Atleast Mauga counters her fortify so we’ll have something against her.
Block should be able to parry cc for like .3 seconds on cast, but doing that immediately cancels it.
