My favorite was watching the announcement that we got the team when it first happened. There was a crowd of us around a TV in the Exchange at Mayport NS and we cheered like crazy when they said we got the team.

My son has a collection and wants one jersey from every NFL team. He has 12 Jags jerseys, 3 Seahawks (his 2nd favorite team) and one jersey each from 8 other teams so far. I don’t think it’s done anything to damage team loyalty, but he is a lot more into football overall.

You should see how we celebrate first downs- little victories become important when that’s all you have to celebrate.
