That’s the problem though, not everything is about money. The Panthers on the field have looked like what they are, a plaything for a corporate billionaire with no identity or fight. Money doesn’t always buy championships and you can run a team into the ground thinking that you can if you’re unlucky.

The concerns aren’t that people won’t want to come coach here, it’s that the guys who have options and are the best candidates are likely going to have better prospects elsewhere. There is usually a big difference between the coaches happy to take whatever they can to move up and the guys who can be selective, on paper with their accomplishments at least.

If Tepper was smart he would fire Fitt at the end of the season, bring in a new proven GM and then back the fuck off and let the GM get his guy
