Branch is more than serviceable. I know he hasn’t been his best post injury…but he balls. And he’s a rookie.

Branch has been elite in man to man coverage… He tied at 73rd in the league according to pff with the amount of times hes been targeted. I don’t think that’s his issue at the moment. I think its just his motor. He looks hesitant at times in the run game. Which is literally one of his calling cards. Nonetheless, he will be just fine. Besides, I wanted him guarding Allen yesterday. I truly feel he’s the only guy in the secondary who can remain sticky in coverage. Him and sauce Gardner are in the same tier in terms of allowing the least separation….which is why he isn’t targeted all that often.

Im praying Branch shakes back. But I truly can tell the energy isn’t there coming back from injury. He just looks lethargic out there. He maybe overthinking. I have faith he’ll bounce back though.
