Assuming the Bills win out:
- 12-5, 4-2 AFC East, 7-5 AFC
AFC East
- If Miami won all OTHER remaining games, they would win the division. If Miami lost 1 OTHER game, Buffalo takes the division , head to head tiebreaker.
Wild Card
Denver / Cincy are 1 back, game in hand, with H2H tiebreaker. If Houston catches Jacksonville, they lose H2H there. If Cleveland or Pittsburgh are there at the end, they’d likely win on conference record tiebreaks.
The answer is yes, they can still win out and not get in, but it’s not very likely that would happen. Would take some amazing runs from some not great teams and backup QBs.
That being said, they don’t control their own destiny as of today.
Brady has almost run more plays with motion in 2 weeks than Dorsey did all season.
Yes, the scheme is identical, because you can’t realistically install a brand new scheme mid season. But the playcalling is light years better.
