He’s top 10 right now for all-time Pacers. He has every bit of the potential needed to be top 3 or even number 1. Peyton Manning, Reggie Miller and Reggie Wayne will be incredibly hard to top, from an impact standpoint, but I would say he’s definitely the most talented Pacer of all time just from raw talent and potential not yet realized. Exciting to watch. If he actually delivers a title and plays at least 15 years here, he could go down as the standard of Indiana sports. And I really hope it happens.

This season is going to be draining. I don’t want to be reactionary but after a 4 day break with the national media starting to take notice of us and Haliburton, we can’t come out at home this flat against another competitive team that is neck in neck with us in the standings. A really disappointing ugly gutless loss. Tired of this getting my hopes up, just to be let down, rollercoaster. Would be nice to have some consistency. We’re all over the damn place and one thing is certain… we have ZERO defense.

I personally think Paul George would be the perfect number 2. He has history here. It’s been shity for his career since he left. His best years were here. He’s learned a good lesson that the grass isn’t always greener. He would be grateful and also fully understanding that he would be the Robin to tyreses batman. Plus he is crazy good defensively which we need and he’s also comfortable playing uptempo. clippers team should be fully blown up by mid season. I think we trade anything that isn’t Haliburton Turner Mathurin or Nesmith. Personally I think this makes us a potential east champs. If we can get him this year maybe try next off-season. For the love of God can we please play a complete game. 4 solid focused quarters. Shit 1st against Washington, shit 1st against Cleveland plus it took us the entire game to put them away. Never had a handle on Chicago. I know Boston is better than the others but can we just play with some guts? I feel like we’re a finesse team and I don’t think that works in the East. We need to toughen up and get some grit. We need a david west type player or someone who gives us an edge. We have a bunch of really great guys but they’re all sweeties imo. Good dudes. We need one or two guys who have a chip on their shoulders. It can’t just be TJ. I think Ben has that in him but he’s a guard and it’s his second year so that’s asking alot. Wish we had like Bobby Portis or DeAndre Jordan. Not even them specifically but those types of guys.

He played like shit balls against Chicago. But I’m a big fan of his and I think he was the steal of his draft last year. Imo he just needs to slow it down a notch and be more precise with his decisions. I see him dish alot when he should go to the hoop and then take bad shots when guys are open. But he’s only in his second year and it’s playing very well all things considered. Just needs to work on being in control and ball security.
