Officiating, wow. I never believed the Payton curse thing but it may be true.

Right now a lot of games are going our way. Team needs Payton to pull them up and get them playing like they can/should.

Mecklenburg. I would also say Atwater but he couldn’t play in today’s league (cough* Okoye cough*)

Have y’all been beaten down for so long you forgot that forcing turnovers is a thing good defenses do on the regular?

Yes, yes I have! The bar has been lowered so far for the last 6 seasons that I always expect to lose the turnover battle every game. Hopefully my new therapist, Dr. Sean Payton, can fix me.

Agree and if you had asked anyone 4 weeks ago when we were 1-5 going against the Packers no one, seriously no one, actually believed we could rattle of 4 in a row and 3 of those against top tier teams.

After 6 years of our team being out of the playoff hunt by week 8, it’s nice to have some skin in the remaining games. I’m tired of BS, “confidence building” wins at the end of the season. I want end of season, make the F-ing playoffs, type wins again.

His problem is that he’s just not a good color commentator. You can tell that they spend the week coming up with the most likely outcome and scenarios surrounding it (Vikings are going to blow them out so we need plenty of Vikings D and Dobbs talk). So when the game doesn’t go with the narrative they already crafted beforehand he doesn’t know what to do. The guy can’t pivot unless it’s his head to Mahomes crotch.
