  • Hi there. Okc fan coming through in peace.

Half of these warrior fans have only watched he’d basketball since they won their first chip and now don’t understand how to support a team when they don’t win it all with the greatest team of all time. In order to do this, they create any number of narratives about why the world is against them purely so they can cope with no longer being gifted chips.

Let them be humbled over the next 3 seasons and watch them fade. A big part of my joy is watching their sub do flips every time their players (draymond and klay) act like muppets or after they lose.

  • Because it is? Why should we be panicking and stressed about where we are right now? If we finish inside the top 8 in any capacity, we have improved on last season. Why do we need to be a top4 side? We are young, super young. Why do you expect us to be competing for a ring in our first year of having a healthy squad finally??

So yes, relax. We don’t need to win it all to have a successful season like so many here seem to think.

  • To me size isn’t just length, size is also mass. Teams such as Minnesota, the lakers, denver, bucks, philly, Sacramento etc, all give us trouble as they have enough mass on court to push us out of the rebounding picture and make life tough. Especially for our thin young centre. Realistically having one of those big bodies at a minimum would be ideal for us. Put said big body on the other teams big body and let Chet come over from the help side to challenge shots. Let the big body box out and do work against the other teams bigs to allow us to crash boards easier etc.

I completely agree with you, I just see a lot of wild reactionary takes on this sub and feel that everyone needs to chill and remember where we came from last season to where we are at now. Any sort of decent landing spot inside the top 8 is fine and shows growth.
