The league when they drive on Gobert
Man i have no damn clue, it’s so unnecessarily complicated…
That’s not what the comment was about tho, I would agree otherwise… Our record matters, not some pointless in season trophy.
But like… do we care about this at all? We’re acting like this is the playoffs, this tournament truly doesn’t matter… I don’t wanna end the year knowing we won the IST and got knocked in the first round
All you need to know is it’s meaningless shit meant to push teams into playing competitive basketball for 82 games and not just the last 30
There probably are a few exceptions, but I think some people like Draymond just don’t like his game. But the impact Rudy has under the rim in terms of opponent inside attempts/percentage tells me players fear going up against him for the most part. Either way, coaches see it and tell their players during games, it’s hard to avoid if you’re on the actual floor. They might still undervalue it in a sense, but they can’t help acknowledging his impact.
Media is always gonna undervalue Gobert tbh, and thankfully it doesn’t matter. Coaches see it, players see it, that’s the whole point.
KAT is lowkey getting 2stl + 2blk every game for the past 3 games or so… Legend
We’re so good we play more than 48 mins
Ignore the noise… Classic trash team trying to talk a trade into existence. NYC is washed, what would we even want from them?
Fuck it his floor is Ben Wallace
I mean TBH despite a slow start, I’ve been pleasantly surprised about NAW progressing faster than expected than Jaden who’s been sort of up and down this year. Ups have looked great though, it’s a tough loss either way. But if NAW plays consistently like he did yesterday, no problem.
My underhyped X factor about the new wolves is the amazing job this new staff has been doing in terms of chemistry, making new additions feel right at home and improving market interest (down to improving the quality of our digital content/recording gear). New coaching and ownership seems to be moving in the right direction, we were a joke around the league not so long ago.
2nd point: Despite a couple of new additions not really meeting expectations, we’re an incredibly deep team, like I could see some of our G league guys providing some solid mins if we depended on them (Luka Garza is Iowa Wolves father). For a franchise that struggled so bad to surround its stars with talent, it’s incredible how far we’ve come in that regard.
There’s probably a ton of other stuff to point out but I’ll let the rest of the sub get theirs.
Philly might be a problem but otherwise we should beat all of em
There was a typo, I think they meant #1 since Day 1
Probably gotta go back to his 2nd season, maybe his rookie year when he started showing flashes.
Watch out for us in the Olympics baby
