You should have gotten the Deck Oled rather than that huge mess called Legion Go with windows

It’s like some people never saw an Oled display, don’t you have an iPhone on Android newer phones? we know Oled is another league compared to LCD, especially compared to the low quality one the old Deck has…this picture doesn’t even really show how much better the Oled display is in real life
Same it’s still there, i guess they will ship our europe units about the same time, hopefully tonight or tomorrow. Do you guys know where they ship from here in europe? i bought the original Deck almost 2 years ago and i can’t remember from where they shipped that, i guess it’ll be the same even this time
Same for me, completed my order just 50 minutes after it went online, due to server issues that day, the status is still at packed, i am from Italy and you from Poland, so i guess here in Europe we will have to wait a bit longer than people in the US who got it shipped last Friday already. My guess is they will ship ours tonight or tomorrow, than depending on where they ship those from, my guess is Netherland or Germany, we might get it by the end of this week or at worst early next week
Genio88BtoSteam Deck@hardware.watch•(Nov. 14) Alan Wake 2 (v1.0.11) 16GB RAM Requirement Removed/Fixed! Works on both SteamOS and Windows 10/11!English1·2 years agoI played it in my 8k Oled TV connected to my RTX 4090 maxed out with path tracing, it was way better than the comically bad console version you played…yet Steam Deck being able to run this game with 15W TDP is a great achievement and awesome to play on the go, especially with the new Oled Deck
Genio88BtoSteam Deck@hardware.watch•Just in case, you should prepare to be disappointed by the OLED.English1·2 years agoYes Oled really is overrated, also brighter hdr display could make you blind in the long run…better stick with the crappy washed out LCD display of the old Deck. You also don’t want more battery life or you could end up playing games for too long forgetting your important tasks
Genio88BtoSteam Deck@hardware.watch•Steam Deck OLED will have two panel suppliers; Samsung Display and BOEEnglish1·2 years agoEven if that was true, as long as both display reach 600 nits and 1000 nits in hdr content as advertised, it will be fine, it’s not like only Samsung can do good Oled display, even iPhones used BOE displays before
Genio88BtoSteam Deck@hardware.watch•If you already have a Steam Deck, you don’t need the OLED Steam DeckEnglish1·2 years agoDon’t let this guy fool you, Oled it’s worth it even if you already had the old model, just sell the old one and get the Oled, Oled display is another league even compared to the great LCD displays like the one on Legion Go or Ally, and the Deck LCD is instead a mediocre one. It really makes games look way better, especially since it also has HDR 1000nits support. plus you will get way better battery life, slightly better gaming performance and better wifi connection, which sucks on older Deck

Seems like they use GLS here in europe, i remember my first Deck also shipped from Netherland with GLS when i got it over one year ago…my order is also still stuck in Packaged items…let’s hope they start shipping tonight or tomorrow at most, or i fear i won’t get mine before next week
