Anthem. The complaints were legitimate but goddamn did I have a great time flying around those environments.

I love solar quartz watches (I own three!) and am the rare watch enthusiast who prefers them to autos. But I don’t own this one because it’s a mineral crystal. Why Citizen doesn’t offer more sapphire versions of their eco-drive watches is beyond me, I’d happily pay a small premium for that.

All I’m saying is if I crash my plane in the ocean I want my watch to be safe

There’s not an off-white Hamilton khaki though, is there? The bright white has a totally different feel to me.

I took that watch through everything! It died well and honorably.
