I wonder how long it will take for Apple to acknowledge something is wrong.

Mine never recovered

I had two units do this this week. Both on tvOS 17. One was a 1st gen. The other was 2nd gen. The 2nd was a spare that sat in a drawer. We took it with us when traveling. They got stuck in boot loop.

I chatted up support. Both units are dead and out of warranty. I bought a new one. I have Roku built in to the tv but I hate it. Apple TV is truly the best ott box out there.
