There are very few quotes that annoy me as much as that fake Miyamoto one because it’s just such nonsense. Halo 2 was an incredible game despite having an absolutely brutal development cycle, while Duke Nukem Forever was pure garbage even though it was delayed for more than a decade.

What’s wrong with it? While I don’t personally agree with everything, I think it has most of the big hitters there.

Unfortunately, the fighting game portion of this game apparently isn’t very good and lacks a lot of the core parts of the genre. As someone who would be coming into this with zero chess experience on top of that, I think it would just be a waste of money.

They’re usually pretty much the same as whatever game came before them in their series, they almost never have a good narrative or characters, and their soundtracks are typically just licensed radio music. Why do you think they are deserving of prestigious awards?
