Go Bears.
Go Bears.
Considering we lost to a banged-up Packers team on Thanksgiving, at this point it’s not so much a can they win but WILL they win. Over the past 3 games, we’ve seen the Cardiac Cats and the Same Old Lions show up. We still have 6 games left to play: Saints, Bears, Broncos, Vikings, Cowboys, and Vikings. At this point, I really have no idea which Lions team decides to show up for any of those. Will the Brand New Lions show up for any of these games? Or maybe the Cardiac Cats? Or like we’ve seen yesterday, will the Same Old Lions show up? None of us will know until the game starts. Fortunately, we don’t have to worry about Lions football until December 3rd, so hopefully the coaches and players will spend a little more time cleaning things up and they’ll have a little more time to prepare for the Saints. But only time will tell.
Unless we hear a Mid’c Up Video or any of these guys answer questions in a Press Conference, we can only speculate what really happened. Even then, it could still be a “he said, he said” thing.
I say we let the 9ers play on Thanksgiving every year instead of the Lions.
Who’s with me?
I was trying to speak it into existence, but realistically we can still get 11-13 wins.
Next season all four teams in the NFC North will play against all four teams in the AFC South. Incoming Jags vs Lions Thanksgiving Game? 🤔
Give me Honolulu Blue Facemasks.
Throwback Thanksgiving.
Travis and MVS let their Grandparents down.
Yeah, I went there.
Mr. Big Congratulations.
Time is a flat circle.
The Offense was straight up bootycheeks for a majority of the game, and even with the 4 Turnovers, 3 INTs and 1 Fumble on Special Teams, our Defense, who was on the Field for about 40 minutes mind you, still held the Bears to 26 Points. When it was time to be clutch and get the lead, the crazy bastards actually did it. And of course the Safety by Hutch was the cherry on top. Every team will have a bad/off day here and there and every QB has a bad/off day here and there. It was ugly, and I mean blobfish ugly, but we got the Win. Just got to keep going strong and keep stacking these wins.
I hate your team … but I respect you. See you Thursday. 🦃
I’m assuming whoever called us that is referring to the Vikings’ 1-Score Wins. 11 of the 13 Vikings’ Wins were 1-Score games. So far, out of our 8 Wins, only 3 are 1-Score games. Also, they finished the Season with -3 Point Differential. We’re at +43 as of now. Of course, we’re only halfway done with the Season, so the numbers can and will change. So I don’t believe we’re like last year’s Vikings, but yeah we do have a lot to clean up.
I live in Kansas and my Mom’s a Chiefs Fan (she was a fan BEFORE Patrick Mahomes, so we can cut her some slack), so I can root for them for 2 Games: Eagles and Packers.
Any given Sunday as they always say … but this does make me optimistic. Plus after the Chargers game, I expect/hope that the Defense has a bounce-back game to get back on track.
Wait, what? How the hell does this happen?
"But if we go out here, we get on them fast and we make them quit, we’re gonna have our way with them. It’s just about starting fast and once you’ve got a team down, keep ‘em down and step on their necks.”
Okay, I like this dude.
Hear me out. Since Malcolm is gonna be our new Fullback, let’s get weird and have him run some Routes or give him some touches for the Running Game, like the A-Train.
I don’t think Kickoffs are stupid. If anything, watching a football game without Kickoffs would feel weird to me. But to each their own I guess.
