If you leave lane for the 3 min bounty rune it’s an automatic grief on the lane.

Lotus is 10000000000000x times more important than the bounty rune EXCEPT in very specific scenarios where you coordinate with your mid laner and deny a bottle refill to the opponent mid which is difficult to do since 2 min water runes + 4 min water runes means it will be hard to prevent the opponent from getting a refill

Or if you got kills / bullied the opposing laner out of lane and your lane partner can freely get the lotus

Great points, i think one other issue that you didn’t mention is how meta picks now completely destroy supports. The best support heroes are pretty much all food for the meta heroes, think AA, SD, Grim, WD, Jakiro, willow, they are all squishy spellcasters

Spectre, CK, bristle, kunkka will just run over you and there’s nothing you can do about it

Dota Meta has never ever been this simple to play. Previous strong meta had 1-2 extremely strong heroes in pro play but they were never this obscene in pubs or were they this simple to play.

Meta is basically who has more broken heroes right now. If SB and Bristle and Spec are on 1 team its like an auto 70-30 win probability from 0 min. Bonus points if you have Kunkka and Muerta

I’m so fucking sick of this Meta, small rant but the only people who have fun in this Meta are those who enjoy easy wins, you pick a brain dead 60000000 HP hero that does 1000000 damage per hit. Wow so skillful.

Before anyone else moves on, how the fuck can Haaland get pulled down by Cucurella from a tug on a sleeve when Haaland is close to double Cucurella’s weight? Its an obvious dive which is why its soft to everyone. If it was the opposite I could begrudgingly accept it but in no way should Haaland be going down that easily
