I do like the all blues.

Sure, since he’s become owner the only worse team in the NFL has been the Jets. Sure, he’s blown both coaching hires as owner. Sure, the team has been getting worse and worse. Sure, this year has been one of the most disastrous seasons in recent NFL history.

But yeah, give him a break.

It’s not so much chemistry as outside of Ball there’s no one else who can create for others. Rozier is a gunner who can create his own shot (although not particularly efficiently). Bridges is ok but hes not a good facilitator when he’s the primary guy. And without good shooters that can reliably hit 3s ball movement isn’t as effective because teams don’t have to respect the perimeter as much, so guys can’t attack hard close outs.

Offensive coaching should be better, no doubt about it. But the talent just isn’t there overall. It takes rookies time to learn all the little things so Miller will certainly improve. But Heyward and PJ have to be better. And the bench has no threats on the perimeter. Without Ball they offense will be bad. Really bad.

If we hire McDaniels or O’Brian I’m absolutely done.

I think the X factors are who guards Kuzma( I’d assume Miller or Bridges) and limiting TO/offensive rebounds. I don’t even mean the second part as a cliche but we’ve been giving teams a ton of extra possessions and easy points.

He doesn’t look much taller than Lamelo. His arms are long as hell though, so his standing reach is probably like 3-4 inches higher (at least).

We’re one of the worst teams in the league. Why would we consider trading picks?

I think it’s pretty much impossible to predict the impact of a coach who has no coaching experience that I’m aware of.

The last 4-5 games he’s gone away from the bad finger rolls and been more controlled around the basket, which I think is the reason the finishing is better. Also having competent bigs able to finish in traffic keeps bugs off him a bit.

The help defense and wasted fouls are still bad though.

I think a big part of the issue would be us taking back salary, because salaries will have to match. Not sure the 76ers have a trade exception, so that means we gotta take back like Morris and probably another salary. I think the Hornets would want your 2024 1st (protected obviously, not like that’ll matter).

The good news is you never have to worry about getting playoff tickets!

Just remind them they’re gonna graduate with massive debt and pretty poor job prospects kind of like a 4th round pick by the Panthers recently.
