tragic, truly - Denver’s fallen off
tragic, truly - Denver’s fallen off
Mavs cause they’re only allowed to face us in the finals. LA (Lakers) or Denver cause we need another shot at em (and frankly i’m okay with losing to Denver)
Makes perfect sense - Zach is a worse defender, passer and off ball player than Tyler and he’s only slightly better at scoring with the ball in his hands (though even that’s been debatable this season) - He’s also far more expensive and older. If we trade Tyler for him we’re worse, if we trade Lowry for him we’re worse cause our defense is worse and Tyler/Zach on the floor would be ugly to see.
Duncan is back, Haysmith is showing up, JJJ is really proving himself and Bam took a step forward - I still think we should move Tyler (great player, clearly took a step up, but his offensive style does seem to clash with the team), but at the same time we can afford to wait for the right offer
Bam should also be getting DPOY (but it’s prob too early a convo to have), either way, he’s been so close for years and was arguably snubbed in 2021 and perhaps 2022 (though that one is dubious cause he only played 56 games)
the black and white shimagh is usually used by Jordanians and Palestinians - red and white is more often associated with Saudis/the gulf
Would be worth trying actually, I don’t think he’s a great fit around the starting lineup but he’s a really talented scorer. Plus, as a 6th man he can give the 2nd unit a scoring punch and some big energy. Plus, while he’s more competent than guys like Jm Crawford, Lue Williams, etc - he’s very much that same mold
was gonna say - and that’s the thing, Herro is a great player and would do amazing in the right situation, but I don’t think this is it (both for him and the team)
I think nearly everyone was against giving the whole bench and all our picks for Dame - that being said, I still think Herro, Lowry or Duncan, Jamie or Jovic and 3 picks is more than reasonable for both sides. We still maintain most of our depth, lots of our youth and sure, we lose the picks, but we were never the type to commit to the draft anyway.
That being said, Portland are looking like the losers here seeing how Ayton is a no-show and Scoot is struggling big time to start
then that’s fine - Zach would be a nice add, but not for Tyler. Way I see it, we lose Tyler for Zach and at best we’re marginally better
because its his birthday, duh
major missed opportunity. Should’ve opened in Nov. 23
yeahhhhh I really enjoyed it when the work spoke and people talked about it, putting it on paper, so to speak, really devalues its meaning
if we don’t at least make the finals this year we’re gonna get meme’d so hard…….
Kyrie most likely, Cleveland is frankly the only team that might consider retiring his jersey and even then, i’m not too sure if he’s really done enough to warrant it. Being the #2 guy that hit a huge shot and had some big games for their one championship is huge, but I wonder if the real lack of quantity might counter it
