That’s exactly what was happening to me too, sometimes the battery level would go from like 80% to 50% after a shutdown and I tried recalibrating to no avail

So far I’ve been purely 5ghz since making this post and have had 0 shutdowns since, so hopefully that’s something you can do as well haha.

And yeah I hope it’s something valve can fix and its not a weird hardware issue

But I also noticed it was causing other weird issues so I think it might be an issue with firmware 3.5, I just have it disabled for now.

The thing that did me in was 2 things

• Google music shut down
• Netflix pulled Danger 5

I now had nowhere to upload my own music, and Danger 5 at the time was literally unobtainable legally unless you bought super expensive used region locked DVDs

I had enough and spun up a plex server and now here we are

Granted I was using the Epic store version (It was free) and I had 0 issues with it either, just worked out of the box

Im not super well versed with the NVIDIA binary GSP files, but what are the implications of this? Does this bring us a step closer to open source NVIDIA drivers that are comparable to the proprietary ones?
