I have contacted the seller now and I am waiting for their response, I really don’t know what I am doing wrong maybe it’s me and I should factory reset the device again and start all over again but this time following some guides on YouTube on how to set it up correctly

Thanks but I bought mine used from eBay I don’t think I can send it for replacement to valve
