If you have an ender chest you could just put all your items inside, die and spawn at world spawn.

Or just make a new portal. It’s not that hard with just bucket.

Buying from 3rd party seller is never recommended. Most often they keys are bought from stolen credit cards and the money is laundered with these sells. There is a possibility that the key can be frozen and you just lose your money/account.

It’s always more fun with others so I’d say play with your wife. While the game isn’t super hard, it also doesn’t explain things that well.

Also remember: there is multiple ways to play this game. You can keep it just as an adventure game where your endgame is to fight the dragon. Or you can just start building stuff to your liking. Or both.

In addition to what perl said, since you are playing on aternos server the performance issues most likely lie there. There is very little to do other than to change to better server (that costs money).

Also, for client side mods it’s pretty much universally agreed that optifine is not the best option anymore. It certainly helps compared to having nothing but there are better options. Fabulously optimized is a great ready made pack that boosts the performance way better.

But again, if your server is having problems, the solution is not with client side mods.

It’s a sandbox game. If you are playing singleplayer you do you. Only you can decide if it’s deemed cheating since the only person it will affect is you.
