You’ve done your research. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed by software as it is a bit annoying. I was playing RE3 and the noise sounded like coil whine and was much more noticeable. Seems to be linked to gpu/cpu intensity of game.

You seem to be pushing hard that etched is better based on one person’s opinion. I will have to see in person. You can’t say things like “absolutely false” yet. It’s too early and this is based on one person’s opinion.

I am very dubious about this but also not majorly bothered. There’s a reason OLED panels are glossy and not matte.

What the takeaway should be is that if you are going to be playing under strong light a lot get the etched and if not get the glossy (unless you want more storage)

What size torx? And are all the screws torx? Thanks
